The organisational structure of World Processing Systems doesn’t match the market that we are in. Technology is fast moving and changing and requires an organisational structure that is more able to adapt to change quickly and solve problems/develop new products to meet these advancements in technology. The organisational problems of WPS can be attributed to a lack of poor planning and attention to our organisational structure.
