This brings forth the unanswered question on whether there is a connection between narrative and statistical information and how its perceived and what type of ramifications it has on the behaviour. In the present study, it was discovered that narratives regarding inauspicious events had a greater chance to impact decisions made by individuals at the chance these adverse events would occur, that lead into perceptions in vaccinations which decreased the likelihood of individuals wanting to get a vaccination. Similar studies have conducted experiments that led to conclusions with similar outcomes stating judgements are being effected by narratives.
