This is the transcript of a 15/15 speech I used for my English Extension Assessment task. This does not come with the actual presentation. "This task requires you to prepare a 7 minute mini-tutorial presentation aimed at enticing young university students to choose your particular elective for their study. The presentation must be both engaging and intellectually stimulating. You will focus on the profound ideas and values that the texts particular to your Module/Elective exhibit, as well as the reason for their enduring relevance. The presentation is to be based on ONE of the prescribed texts from your elective and ONE text of your own choosing The task can be presented individually or in pairs.
